Home Remedies for Sensory Processing Disorder

Home Remedies for Sensory Processing Disorder
Home Remedies
Sensory Processing Disorder is an unfortunate neurological
condition that affects many people around the world, but
there are many home remedies for this disorder that can
help ease the symptoms, including cognitive practice, salt
therapy, homeopathy, skullcap , increasing melatonin levels,
and dietary alterations.
Sensory Processing Disorder
Many people confuse sensory processing disorder with
other forms of autism spectrum disorder , but in fact, the two
are very different. Sensory Processing Disorder is
characterized by the inability to properly interpret and
experience sensory information from one’s environment.
This issue can often go undiagnosed, and the child is
instead considered overly picky, easily agitated, distracted,
hard to please or simply “difficult”. The problem, of course,
is that this neurological disorder can severely impact
learning and behavior, a problem that can last well into their
older ages. This can manifest as being overly sensitive to
various textures, movement, tactile skills, and movement, or
it can affect balance, eating and normal play activities. It is
believed that this disorder is caused by genetic and
neurological factors, many of which are still being
researched... Continue here https://www.organicfacts.net/home-remedies/home-remedies-sensory-processing-disorder.html

Which Fruit Fights Cancer Better?

DESCRIPTION: The ability of eleven common fruits to suppress cancer cell growth in vitro was compared. Which was most effective—apples, bananas, cranberries, grapefruits, grapes, lemons, oranges, peaches, pears, pineapples, or strawberries?

This reminds me of my #1 Anticancer Vegetable (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/1-anticancer-vegetable/) video (along with it's "prequel," Veggies vs. Cancer http://nutritionfacts.org/video/veggies-vs-cancer/). Other videos in which I rank various foods include:

· A Better Breakfast (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/a-better-breakfast/)

Omega 3s, Prostrate Cancer, and Fish oil

DESCRIPTION: Fish and fish oil consumption do not appear to protect against heart disease, arrhythmias, or sudden death, but why would they increase cancer risk?

What? Fish oil doesn’t help with heart disease? I was as surprised as you. See: Is Fish Oil Just Snake Oil? (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/is-fish-oil-just-snake-oil/)

In terms of PCB contamination, see Food Sources of PCB Chemical Pollutants (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/food-sources-of-pcb-chemical-pollutants/) and PCBs in Children’s Fish Oil Supplements (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/pcbs-in-childrens-fish-oil-supplements). Sitting on a time bomb

The animal husbandry industry has dramatically changed over the last decades. Farm animals are fed recycled animal protein feeds, manure, and petrochemical waste. In addition, a host of drugs such as antibiotics and growth stimulants are used in this industry. The consequences of these practices for human consumers are potentially devastating. In this lecture, the ramifications of antibiotics, mad cows disease and infectious diseases are discussed and analyzed.

Udderly Amazing

Are dairy products good for us? For centuries, we have been led to believe that dairy products should form an essential component of our diets. However, it is well known that many nations are dairy intolerant, and that even dairy tolerant nations are subject to many allergenic responses to dairy products. New evidence implicates dairy in not only allergenic responses, but in potentially lethal diseases such as osteoporosis, leukemia, diabetes, and many others. The latest scientific findings and their impact on our lifestyle choices are discussed.

Sodium and Arterial Function: A-salting our Endothelium

A salted meal can impair artery function within 30 minutes by suppressing a key detoxifying antioxidant enzyme in our body.

Doctor's Note

This is part of an extended video series on sodium, trying to set the record straight on the “controversy” manufactured by the processed food industries.
